Trendometer provides music chart data, analysis, playlist tools and related content aggregation. Features may change, be added or be withdrawn at any time.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete.
